IPTVLOAD questions, answered
Everything people ask before and after the free trial. Can't find it? Support on iptvload.org is a message away.
Is the IPTV free trial really no credit card?
Correct. You give an email address and your device type, nothing else. The 24-hour trial is completely free.
How fast does the trial arrive?
Usually within a few minutes after you confirm the 6-digit verification code. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Which app should I use on my Firestick?
TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro. Both are free to try, support EPG and catch-up, and take under five minutes to set up with the M3U link we send.
Do you support MAG boxes?
Yes. Select MAG in the trial form and enter your MAC address. You'll receive a portal URL instead of a username and password.
What's the best value plan?
The 24-month plan at $109 works out to $4.54/month. The 12-month plan at $64 ($5.33/month) is the most popular choice.
How long until I'm watching?
Most trials land in your inbox within minutes of confirming the code. Setup in an app takes another five.
Can I get a second trial?
One trial per person. If yours didn't work, contact support and they'll make it right.
Any hidden fees or auto-renewal?
None. You pay once for the period you choose; there's no setup fee, no box rental and nothing renews behind your back.
How can I pay?
Card or crypto on iptvload.org. Crypto gets 10% off every plan.
Can the whole family watch at once?
Yes — add extra connections when you order so different rooms can watch different channels at the same time.
Is there a refund policy?
Use the free 24-hour trial first so you know it works on your setup. Refund terms are posted on iptvload.org.
What is IPTV?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live channels and on-demand video over your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. You watch through an app on a Fire TV Stick, Smart TV, phone, PC or MAG box.
What internet speed do I need?
About 10 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. Wired Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the smoothest streams.
Does IPTVLOAD work with a VPN?
Yes. Pick a nearby server for the best speed.
Is there a channel guide?
Yes, a full EPG is included on all plans and most apps, with catch-up on supported channels.
